निजी स्वामित्व की घोषणा: इस फॉर्म को सबमिट करके आप यह कानूनी शपथ लेते हैं कि अपलोड किया गया पहचान पत्र (ID) आपका स्वयं का है। किसी अन्य व्यक्ति के दस्तावेज का उपयोग करना भारतीय न्याय संहिता (BNS) और सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी अधिनियम (IT Act) के तहत एक गंभीर दंडनीय अपराध है।
पहचान के दुरुपयोग की जिम्मेदारी: यदि भविष्य में यह साबित होता है कि यह पहचान पत्र आपका नहीं था या आपने किसी अन्य व्यक्ति की पहचान चुराकर उपयोग की है, तो इस 'पहचान की चोरी' (Identity Theft) और धोखाधड़ी के लिए आप स्वयं व्यक्तिगत और आपराधिक रूप से जिम्मेदार होंगे। इसके लिए होने वाली किसी भी एफआईआर (FIR) या कानूनी कार्रवाई के लिए आप उत्तरदायी होंगे।
दस्तावेज़ अपलोड नियम: अपलोड किए जाने वाले दस्तावेज़ केवल PDF, JPEG, या PNG प्रारूप में होने चाहिए। एक फ़ाइल का आकार 10 MB से ज़्यादा नहीं होना चाहिए। अगर आप एक से ज़्यादा कई फ़ाइलें अपलोड करते हैं, तो कुल साइज़ 15 MB से ज़्यादा नहीं होना चाहिए।
सत्यापित मीडिया मानदंड: घटना का विस्तृत विवरण देना आवश्यक है। साझा की जाने वाली सभी तस्वीरें और वीडियो अनिवार्य रूप से 'सक्रिय समय एवं स्थान स्टैम्प' (Time & Location Stamp / Geo-tag) के साथ होने चाहिए ताकि उनकी प्रामाणिकता और सत्यता सिद्ध हो सके।
